Small Wood Sculpture titled, 'Could be a Bone'

 After completing this piece I stood back and thought, wow that top piece of wood I found while walking the beach actually looks like it could be a some bone.

I always like to create my sculptures so they do not have a front or back side.  All sides are equally important in a free standing piece.  Each side is different.

Here is a close-up showing some detail of the work.  This piece is created using industrial construction materials and found objects.  It measures 12 inches high, 10 inches wide and 2 inches deep.

I like to think that even the edges in a piece like this are visually important.
